I walk every single day possible. Almost always early in the morning near sunrise time. I believe deeply that we have to move every day for our best physical, emotional and spiritual health.

How do you relax?
I like to relax at the end of a deep, long breath or sigh out. It’s that place at the end of the breath, between breath where you’re fully relaxed and present. Everything stops just for a moment. It is Peace.
